How far in advance must I book?

Online booking is available up to 48 hours before pick-up. For a Saturday morning pick-up, you can book until Thursday evening. For groups or packs, we recommend booking at least one week ahead.

Where do I pick up the equipment?

Pick-up is exclusively in store: Pellissier Sports, 74340 Samoëns. Come at opening time on the first day of your rental with your confirmation email. Return is on the evening of the last day (before 7pm).

How are sizes chosen?

For footwear, enter your usual shoe size when booking. Our technicians will select the matching pair. In store, a fitting is always possible and we can exchange the size free of charge if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before pick-up and receive a full refund (excluding booking fee). An optional cancellation guarantee is available at checkout to cover last-minute cancellations due to weather or injury.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe. In store we also accept cash and ANCV holiday vouchers.
